Win Mum a cruise - Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. Entry is only open to persons aged 18 years or over residing in the greater Sydney area, New South Wales, Australia.2. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their respective related bodies corporate, and
agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion. This includes retailers located within Pacific Square.
Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
Promotion Dates
3. The promotion runs from 9am Monday 20th April 2015 to 11:59pm Sunday 31st May 2015 (The ‘Promotional Period’).Prize Details
4. There is one (1) prize consisting of 1 x Oxford Travel voucher, valued at $3,000AUD that is to be used towards the value of any cruise
selected for two people from P&O Cruises Australia, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises or Carnival available at Oxford Travel.
5. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the Oxford Travel voucher.
How To Enter
6. There are two steps that condition entry to this competition.
a) Entrants must spend $25 or more at any participating fashion, beauty or health stores in a single day during the Promotional Period.
b) Entrants must enter their details at www.pacificsquarecomp.com.au or fill in an entry form and drop it into the specially-marked box located near OXFORD TRAVEL during the Promotional Period.
7. Participating retailers are: Black Pepper, Cinch Clothing, Crossroads, Noni B, SES Fashions, Glama Bags, Prouds, Hairtalks, Pearl Nails, Pulse Hair, Taji Chinese Healing Centre, Eyecare Plus, Priceline Pharmacy, Mary K Florist, Fitness first at Pacific Square only.
8. Entries must include a first name, surname and valid email address. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Limit of one entry
per person.
9. Entrants will be added to the Pacific Square e-newsletter database. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
10. All entries must have proof of purchase of $25 in a single day with the receipt from the participating retailer. Receipts must be dated between 20 April and 31 May 2015. The winner must be aged 18 years or over to be eligible to claim prize.
Draw Details
11. The winners will be drawn at random at Pacific Square Centre Management Office 737 Anzac Parade Maroubra at 2pm, Monday 1st June 2015.12. The winners will be notified via email and phone (if provided). The winner’s details will be announced on the Pacific Square Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/PacificSquare) and website (www.pacificsquare.com.au) as well as local press.
Prize Redemption
13. The winners will be will be contacted by a member of Centre Management on behalf of Pacific Square. Winner is responsible for contacting Oxford Travel Maroubra to arrange prize details.
General
14. If a prize remains unclaimed as of 5 working days from the date of notification, a second selection process will be conducted by the Promoter (Pacific Square). The new prize winner will be notified via email and contact number (if provided).
15. This is a game of chance.
16. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prize is cruise only, twin share and not exchangeable for cash or other travel offer and must be booked within 6 months of competition end date (31 May 2015). Not valid with any other promotional offer or discount. Prize drawn does not include spending money or additional funds for meals at specialty restaurants, drinks or entertainment on board. Prize does not include shore excursions. All transportation to and from the ship, travel documentation and right to travel is the winners responsibility. If a winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited by the winner/s.
18. By redeeming the prize, the winners agree that the Promoter, their related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or telecommunication systems, or any combination thereof.
21. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion delay the promotion or parts of the promotion so effected. Arrangements regarding recommencement of the promotion or parts of the promotion will be publicly advertised.
22.The prize winners must, on request by the Promoter, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
23. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate, award the prize. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may
not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use entrants’ personal information in this manner.
24.By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims
or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be
suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a
prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would
cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
